Greg has a great team of people working together to make your dreams come true.

Greg has years of expertise in ground-up renovations of vintage homes. He's also helped build some of the more elaborate homes around -- Turnberry, Barrington, Crystal Lake, and Long Grove. His new construction experience has mostly been custom, one-of-a-kind homes, which began as someone's idea. This also means that finishing the home is a moving target. People see the framing go up, and have additional thoughts of what they'd like. Greg is very personable, friendly, and well organized. Patience is a virtue. But, he wants people to have what they want, and no better time to make changes than during construction.

Sister-in-law Deb Leone-Sosnowski, a former teacher and life skills assistant, runs the company from our office. Deb handles all communication and scheduling between suppliers/vendors and home owners. Deb has been praised by home owners as exceeding their expectations for follow through and customer service.

We have extensive experience drawing remodeling plans for one-of-a-kind room additions, decks, and screen porches. We have installed glazed ceramic tile, on the floor, on the wall, and as countertops. Our creativity and know-how are evident both during and after a project.
